They took a brand new sodded lawn in april and killed off half of it/. First told me nothing as I watched my lawn die, I had to call them, they told me I needed a fungus treatment, (appreciate them waiting till it was dead), casually mentioned that I would definately need an aeration and overseed in the fall?. Didn't improve, called the manager, he said he would come out in a day or two but instead took 3 and half weeks, said I didn't have a fungus but the fescue just couldn't handle the heat;. Funny because the other houses around me that were sodded at the same time didn't look so bad:. They called to set up the next service and I informed them that they were fired,. They came anyway, billed me, called again to set up an appt and I fired them again|. Hired another company to aerate and overseed.. The next day, Scotts shows up again, treated again and noted that I needed to aerate and overseed. IT WAS DONE THE DAY BEFORE, do they even look at the yard before they try to sell you somnething else. Today they called again to bug me about the two services that they shouldn't even have done.
Trust me, I am going to do everything I can as far as spreading the word to potential clients that these clowns have no interest in anything but sending out invoices.

| 1. Written by Jimmy Adams on September 11, 2011 from coral springs, florida, US They do good work, but they sometimes make mistakes, it is a business ran by humans and no one is perfect. I hae used many companies and they all have issues but Scotts do right by you. It takes a long time and there are ups and downs. |
